Getfly Vietnam announces refund policy for CRM software applied from July 1, aiming to increase commitment and transparency in service provision.

Getfly Vietnam Technology Joint Stock Company announced a 100% refund policy for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. From July 1, Getfly CRM On-Cloud contracts will have a refund clause within 30 days from activation. According to this company, users can request a refund if the software has serious errors, does not fully meet the committed functions or has slow technical responses.

"This policy helps improve customer experience, eliminates concerns about initial investment costs and risks - the biggest obstacle in applying technology solutions," said a company representative.

According to Getfly Vietnam, the refund policy is introduced to increase commitment and transparency. When activating the software package, businesses will go through a 30-day guarantee period to evaluate the effectiveness and suitability of the software. If after 30 days, customers find that the system does not meet their expectations, they can submit a request via the support channel for a refund.

Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoang, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Getfly Vietnam, said that this policy is a "dual commitment" that both protects the interests of businesses and demonstrates confidence in a product that has been developed for more than a decade. "Getfly Vietnam's policy creates conditions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to confidently invest in technology," he said.

According to him, cost is a key factor influencing SMEs' decisions to apply technology. Although they recognize the value of customer management solutions, many businesses are still hesitant to invest due to fear of "buying the wrong thing" or doubting its practical application. Mr. Hoang affirmed that the introduction of a refund policy is a breakthrough in the software industry, helping customers feel secure when investing in technology.

The refund policy is a step forward in Getfly's product upgrade roadmap to optimize user experience. Getfly Vietnam hopes to create a new precedent in the software technology industry with a refund policy, where businesses accompany customers from the time of implementation to when it brings actual results.

This policy promises to accelerate the digital transformation process in the Vietnamese SME community, because testing and refunding if not suitable will help customers proactively choose solutions. Getfly Vietnam CEO emphasized: "Digital transformation is not a one-day thing, we want to change the way Vietnamese businesses approach technology based on efficiency, transparency and no risk".

For now, this refund policy applies to all Getfly CRM On-Cloud packages on web and mobile platforms. Businesses can register to use all features and decide after 30 days whether to continue or not. In the future, Getfly promises to expand the policy to related service groups such as training, API integration and on-demand system deployment, aiming to accompany customers on the journey of sustainable technology application.
